...form-giving processes emerge from textile material manipulations. Sequences of textile-body performances were digitally registered by means of an RGB-D camera | Kinect. Data recorded is plugged into a procedural modeling pipeline this last to reconstruct those embodied actions and to render a collection of digital morphologies... ...different material qualities - such as elasticity, lightweight or transparency – are actioned by the user´s body, thereby embedded into the final design outcome. Both textile and body work together and can be understood as a tangible modeling interface.
